Remit
This position will include all the traditional responsibilities of being Group Company Secretary to a PLC Board including providing strong corporate governance guidance and advice. This will include responsibility for all Boards, Committees and Corporate Governance, AGMS and all associated issues, Stock Exchange requirements, Report and Accounts; Share Registration/Shareholder Communication; Corporate Structure administration and supporting the Head of Group Tax and Treasury with M&A, strategic transactions and Group reorganisations. Another important function of the role will be to manage the Singapore IHQ office.

Experience & Qualifications
The successful candidate will be ACIS/FCIS qualified Company Secretary with a current listed Plc background. He/she must be a self starter willing to take responsibility and able to assess issues from a commercial perspective whilst retaining a focus on the detail – being solutions oriented is key. A legal background would be advantageous, however it is not essential. Of equal importance is personality. Candidates must have a positive, commercial, can do attitude and be capable
of leading the newly established Singapore HQ. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious international business and have a direct impact upon its future.
